One year ago last night I was in a yoga class. How do I recall, you ask? (Of course you did, come on.) Well one year ago today my kiddo came into the world! He arrived a month early and I have to wonder, did the yoga have anything to do with it? Maybe. But I will say I had one of the easiest labor and deliveries I’ve ever heard of a woman having. No horror stories. 9 hours from the minute my water broke to the minute he arrived. I only had to push for 15 minutes.
Are you cursing me now? Most moms do. I’m going to say it was all thanks to regular prenatal yoga classes keeping me in shape.
At It’s All Yoga, “yoga is not just a class, it’s a lifestyle.” Established in 2005, we are honored to serve this community and celebrate the practice of yoga with you. We offer classes and workshops on yoga, ayurveda, the chakras, kirtan and more. Walking the path of yoga is a practice of love, service and devotion, which leads to the presence of truth. Come, and you will find community, support and gifted teachers to help illuminate the way. Remember, no matter where you are or what you’re doing, It’s All Yoga!
I’d like you to meet one of It’s All Yoga’s teachers, Tami Hackbarth. Tami is a new instructor at It’s All Yoga and as such, is offering the *FREE* class on Fridays at 4:30PM. You can find Tami on Facebook, Twitter and on her own blog (which has some delicious healthy recipes!)

We’ll see you there!
Normally we would ask you about your yoga experience… but we would rather hear about your own labor and delivery experience! Quick and painless (ha)? Or hours upon hours? We’d love to hear!
